Our client is seeking a highly skilled, strategic Salesforce/Veeva CRM Developer (Senior Manager) to join our growing Technology organization. This role is central to supporting the hub-and-spoke commercialization model by managing, enhancing, and governing a robust CRM framework that empowers both field and home-office teams to deliver impactful experiences to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
You will serve as the technical and strategic owner of our CRM platform, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, integrated, and insights-driven. As both a visionary leader and hands-on developer, you will define the roadmap, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with global business needs.

- Lead configuration of Veeva modules (Account Management, Call Reporting, CLM, Events Management, Approved Emails, Surveys, Medical Inquiry) and Salesforce features (Flows, Declarative Sharing, Apex).
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Data teams to surface insights and streamline field workflows.
- Drive hands-on custom development: Apex services, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, Visualforce, Veeva MyInsights dashboards, and integration micro-services.
- Enforce clean code practices and maintain โฅ 85 % automated test coverage.
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Veeva CRM (Online/iRep/Engage) and multi-cloud Salesforce Life Science Cloud and Patient Services.
- Produce and maintain a living solution blueprint covering data models, integration patterns (API-first, event-driven), security controls, and GxP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Align architecture with downstream data platforms (Snowflake, Reltio MDM, AWS) and enterprise identity management systems.
- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, SFDX, Copado, Tricentis/Tosca) for version-controlled, GxP-validated releases across Sandboxes, SIT, UAT, and Production.
- Orchestrate deployments and rollback strategies; champion DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code for middleware (Informatica).
- Scout, prototype, and operationalize emerging technologiesโgenerative-AI, predictive analytics, conversational botsโacross Salesforce and Veeva to elevate HCP engagement and field productivity.
- Lead rapid proofs-of-concept (โค 12 weeks) with Data Science teams to test use-cases such as AI call-note summarization, smart segmentation, and next-best-action recommendations.
- Establish an innovation backlog and governance model to funnel successful pilots into the main CI/CD release train while ensuring privacy, ethical AI, and GxP compliance.
