Role Description

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and promote our pallet products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a knack for identifying opportunities in the B2B market. This role offers the chance to work with diverse clients, from warehouses to e-commerce giants, while earning competitive commissions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and online research to identify potential clients in need of pallet solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored pallet products (e.g., standard, custom, or recycled options).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress via CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, such as sustainable pallet materials and supply chain innovations, to provide value-added consultations.
  • Travel to client sites as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial products (pallet or packaging sales experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
