Position Overview

World Rack (WR) is currently seeking a B2B industrial sales professional with proven experience to drive business development in the US market. We are looking for a sales expert familiar with the Food & Beverage, Cold Chain Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, Distribution, or Chemical industries to help expand our footprint in the US. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong client acquisition skills, a talent for cultivating long-term customer relationships, and the ability to drive sales of industrial solutions. Key responsibilities include US market client acquisition, promotion of warehouse solutions, and managing large-scale warehouse projects from inception to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Food & Beverage, Cold Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Promote warehouse automation and high-density storage solutions.
  • Analyze clients' operational requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to execute planning, pricing, and project execution.
  • Assist with pricing, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in client site visits, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client acquisition to final deal closure.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B industrial sales.
  • Industry experience in at least one of the following:
  • Food & Beverage
  • Cold Chain / Cold Storage Logistics
  • Chemical Industry
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop new markets.
  • Preferred: Experience in industrial equipment, warehouse equipment, automation systems, or related industries.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business trips as required.
  • Strong business negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Existing client network and resources in Texas or the Southern United States.
  • Prior experience with warehouse, logistics, or automation projects.
