Clerical Assistant for Sales/HR Department needed ASAP
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including extensive filing and record management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and internal meetings, such as scheduling lunches.
- Coordinate and plan department events as required.
- Provide administrative support to both the Sales and HR teams.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong clerical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
