Clerical Assistant for Sales/HR Department needed ASAP

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including extensive filing and record management.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and internal meetings, such as scheduling lunches.
  • Coordinate and plan department events as required.
  • Provide administrative support to both the Sales and HR teams.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong clerical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
