LHH Recruitment Solutions, a global leader in HR services, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing Chicago/Oak Brook team. We are considering candidates located in the Oak Brook and Lombard areas who are able to commute to downtown Chicago. This hybrid role offers an ideal blend of collaboration and flexibility, with three in‑office days each week at our brand‑new downtown location opening in 2026. The building will feature modern amenities designed to enhance your work experience.

Additional Details:

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 base plus commission

Location: Oak Brook and Downtown Chicago

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite


What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

Build a strong understanding of our services and clearly articulate how they address client needs.

Drive new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach strategies.

Connect with clients via virtual and in-person meetings to assess needs and recommend solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations and closing staffing and recruitment deals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed performance targets.

Handle client questions and objections confidently during presentations and discussions.


What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in sales.

Proven track record of success in cold calling, solution-based selling, account growth, and presentations.

Prior experience in the staffing industry highly preferred.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.

Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new industries, services, and client needs.
