Sales Executive – Consumer Electronics

Overview


We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Sales Executive with deep experience in mobile accessories, audio products, and broader consumer electronics. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leveraging existing retail relationships, identifying new opportunities, and bringing innovative product programs to market across mass, mid-tier, value, off-price, and specialty channels.


You will lead the sales process end-to-end, from concept to close, working cross-functionally with design, product development, and operations to deliver compelling, market-ready programs that meet both retailer and consumer needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across mobile accessories, audio, and adjacent consumer electronics categories
  • Leverage existing retail relationships to expand distribution and secure new programs across mass, mid-tier, value, off-price, and specialty channels
  • Identify and pursue new accounts and channel opportunities aligned with company strategy
  • Lead account negotiations, pricing strategy, and program execution
  • Partner closely with internal teams (design, product development, operations) to bring concepts to market
  • Translate retail trends and buyer feedback into actionable product and assortment strategies
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and account performance to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Represent the company in all external interactions with buyers, acting as a trusted and strategic partner


Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience in mobile accessories, audio, or consumer electronics (or closely related categories)
  • Strong, established relationships with key retailers across mass, mid-tier, value, off-price, and specialty channels
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value retail programs
  • Deep understanding of product development cycles, pricing structures, and retail expectations
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building business

At Orbit Innovations, we believe in rewarding great work and great people. Our compensation packages reflect the experience, expertise, and contributions of each team member. The salary for this role ranges from $150,000–$250,000, depending on experience. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary bonus.
