Target Channels


We are licensed to operate in Texas, Louisiana and Florida. The Texas market is our main focus for the next 12-24 months. You will source new brokers, TPAs and care navigation companies in the self-funded insurance segment. Their typical self-funded employer has thousands of employees. This is a two-step engagement: 1) find a progressive channel partner looking for innovative cost-containment solutions, and 2) work through them to present a new way of managing surgery expenses to self-funded employers. 


Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with selling through other channels, including care navigators, brokers, TPAs, and/or self-funded employers
  • Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health plans and benefits structures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborate with leadership team to develop targeted go-to-market strategies
  • Keep your pipeline tight and organized inside our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Clear, confident communication skills (you can simplify complex ideas and effectively communicate them to a potential partner)
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

  • Competitive base salary of approximately $100,000 per year
  • Performance-based incentives based on a written commission plan with potential for another $100,000 per year in cash compensation
