Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Nashville, TN. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, providing consulting services, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal designers and production teams to bring client visions to life. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and timelines while maintaining high standards of customer service.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster strong client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with both clients and team members
  • Ability to manage sales goals, deadlines, and multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
