In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team.


This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on opening new doors, building pipeline, and creating long-term client partnerships across the private aviation industry. If you enjoy consultative selling, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing IFCC’s workforce solutions to clients across the private aviation market. You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to understanding client needs and positioning IFCC as a trusted partner.


In this role, you will:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target aviation markets
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and priorities
  • Position IFCC’s services in a consultative, client-focused way
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition of opportunities
  • Track activity, pipeline, and progress within CRM systems
  • Share market insight and client feedback with internal leadership and partners

Successful candidates in this role will:

  • Consistently generate new client conversations and qualified opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and decision-makers
  • Run effective discovery calls and uncover meaningful client needs

  • Contribute directly to client growth and revenue generation
