Position Details
Full-Time Position
- Minimum of 35 hours per week (excluding approved PTO)
- Availability for weekends and peak business hours expected
Compensation
$45,000 – $70,000+ annually (base + commission)
- $15/hour paid training
- $15/hour base pay + performance-based commission
- Commission based on total gross profit generated
- No cap on earning potential

Role Overview
As a Machine Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through meaningful purchasing decisions—helping them choose the right equipment, accessories, and resources to support their creative goals. You are not simply processing transactions; you are building relationships, providing expertise, and driving revenue through thoughtful, solution-based selling.
What You’ll Do
- Lead customers through machine purchases from entry-level to premium models
- Demonstrate products and confidently explain features and value
- Recommend accessories, upgrades, and classes to complete the customer experience
- Teach classes with a focus on customer success and upgrade opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationships and drive repeat sales
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom
- Accurately process transactions using Lightspeed POS
- Assist customers with transporting machines in and out of the store Performance Expectations
- Generate a minimum of $15,000 in monthly gross profit after training
- Demonstrate the ability to independently guide and close sales- Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Maintain strong product knowledge and continue learning
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. unaided
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a professional, team-oriented mindset
