Job Summary


Advantage Auto Sales is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team. This role manages the complete vehicle sales process from greeting customers to final delivery, including vehicle presentation, credit applications, financing options, and final paperwork.


Our team works directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle while guiding them through financing to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience.


Responsibilities


• Assist customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process from greeting to delivery

• Handle walk-in customers, internet leads, and phone inquiries

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication

• Present vehicles and conduct personalized demonstrations

• Guide customers through credit applications and financing options

• Complete sales paperwork and finalize deals

• Maintain knowledge of available inventory and current promotions

• Perform basic lot duties such as starting vehicles and maintaining vehicle readiness


Requirements


• Understanding of the vehicle sales process preferred

• Basic knowledge of automotive financing and service contracts is a plus (training available)

• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems to manage leads and customer information

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Ability to make outbound calls and follow up with leads

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required

• Valid driver's license preferred but not required for experienced sales professionals
