Position Overview:


As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Schutz, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience that reflects our brand's values. You will work alongside a dedicated team to elevate store performance, foster customer relationships, and showcase our luxurious, trend-forward products. Your role is to make every client feel special, ensuring they leave with not only a great purchase but a memorable brand experience. Your energy and knowledge will be instrumental in driving sales and growing the clientele base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Go above and beyond to create personalized and engaging shopping experiences for each client.
  • Build Relationships: Foster lasting connections with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with every visit.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed both individual and store-wide sales targets.
  • Client Needs First: Listen, understand, and provide tailored recommendations based on each customer’s style and preferences.
  • Resolve Issues with Ease: Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, offering timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain Visual Standards: Uphold the brand's presentation by ensuring that products are merchandised beautifully and the store remains pristine at all times.
  • Inventory & Shipment Support: Actively participate in the receipt and organization of new stock, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with peers, management, and corporate to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere.
  • Flexible Availability: Be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the store’s needs.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for fashion with a deep knowledge of current trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and make them feel at home.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required – we are looking for people who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
