Role Description
We're looking for a full-time Sales Associate who brings genuine energy, a love for people, and a great eye for the details that make a shopping experience feel special.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage every customer with warmth and intention
- Guide customers through our product offerings and embroidery options, helping them build the perfect personalized piece
- Support gift-driven shoppers - including groups and special occasions - with a consultative, attentive approach
- Maintain the look and feel of the sales floor
- Assist with day-to-day store operations as part of a close-knit team
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- A naturally warm, proactive presence - you greet people, you ask questions, you make them feel at home
- Strong communication skills, especially around product details, timelines, and custom orders
- Comfortable with high-expectation clients, large groups, and VIP clients
- Detail-oriented - accuracy matters, especially with custom and personalized orders
- Social media awareness is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
**Pay Range: $17-23/hr**
