Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Kallmeyer, you will deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while supporting daily boutique operations. You will build and maintain a strong client book, with a focus on consistent outreach and long-term relationship building. Your attention to detail and client-focused approach will contribute to a refined, welcoming retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe guidance
- Build, maintain, and actively develop a personal client book
- Conduct consistent client outreach to drive engagement and repeat business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop strong knowledge of Kallmeyer collections and current fashion trends
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management
- Maintain visual and organizational standards of the boutique
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail
- Experience with clienteling and client book management is a plus
- Strong sense of personal style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
