A leading retail and consumer products company is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Specialist to be the face of their customer experience team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, returns, and general support
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance on a wide range of offerings
• Process orders, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and company offerings
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed

• Previous customer service, retail, or support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
