About Us

RDG is a globally recognized apparel design and manufacturing company, known for creating high-quality, trend-forward collections across proprietary and licensed brands. Our vertical structure and strong retail partnerships allow us to deliver innovative product with speed, precision, and creativity.

We're seeking a Sales Assistant with industry experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of private label or wholesale apparel, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and wants to make a direct impact on the sales lifecycle—from development to delivery.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support key account sales across categories, acting as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners. Your role ensures product timelines, accuracy, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales and Product Development teams in executing seasonal strategies and growth targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts; support day-to-day communication with buyers and merchandisers
  • Track and manage sample requests, shipments, and approvals with overseas factories
  • Prepare sales tools: buy sheets, cost sheets, sales decks, and post-showroom recaps
  • Enter and follow up on sales orders, POs, and EDI updates; proactively flag and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and production to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor production calendars and development timelines to ensure on-time shipment
  • Organize sales data and prepare reports that support planning and decision-making
  • Maintain internal systems with accurate style and attribute details (Excel, Klink, PLM)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably in private label or wholesale
  • Familiarity with retail math, costing, and sales order workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel; PLM (OnePLM/FlexPLM), VSR, and Klink experience is a plus
  • Self-starter who works well independently and within cross-functional teams

Why Join Us?

  • Work with leading retail partners and gain hands-on exposure across the full product lifecycle
  • Be part of a close-knit, fast-moving team that values initiative, collaboration, and accountability
  • Contribute to a company that combines creative innovation with technical excellence

If you're looking to grow within the apparel industry and contribute to a team that values both speed and strategy — we’d love to hear from you.
