Administrative Assistant
A growing homebuilding division located in North Charlotte is adding an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales and Service team. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily office functions
- Accurately enter and maintain data, records, and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Communicate with clients and internal teams, providing updates as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, and general correspondence
- Maintain organized files and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with various projects and support multiple departments as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
