Administrative Assistant


A growing homebuilding division located in North Charlotte is adding an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales and Service team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily office functions
  • Accurately enter and maintain data, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams, providing updates as needed
  • Prepare documents, reports, and general correspondence
  • Maintain organized files and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with various projects and support multiple departments as needed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
