Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Commission

About the Opportunity

We are a growing organization within the aviation industry seeking motivated and relationship-driven Account Managers to join our Miami team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance providers, leasing companies, and other aviation partners while supporting the full lifecycle of aircraft parts transactions.

The ideal candidate will have prior aviation industry knowledge and the ability to quickly learn products, build relationships, and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, operations coordination, and working closely with clients to deliver solutions.


Position Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying aircraft parts opportunities, coordinating repairs and logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of products and services. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams, repair facilities, warehouses, and customers throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, brokers, and aviation customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from quote generation through order fulfillment and customer follow-up.
  • Source, evaluate, and sell aircraft components and aviation-related products.
  • Coordinate the movement of inventory between warehouses, repair facilities, and customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and customer requests.
  • Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and support contract discussions.
  • Monitor inventory availability and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Track customer activity and maintain accurate records within company systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and repair vendors to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, MRO, airline operations, or a related industry preferred.
  • Prior experience in account management, sales, business development, customer service, or aviation operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
