Account Manager – Commercial Fitness Sales

enerG wellness is expanding, and we’re seeking a results-driven Outside Account Executive to grow the Richmond, VA territory.


This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys consultative selling, and wants to help clients design, outfit, and deliver best-in-class fitness amenities. You’ll work closely with clients from initial concept through completion, representing leading fitness brands, performance athletic flooring and customized wellness solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business within the MD, DC and Northern VA territory
  • Guide clients through the design and outfitting of their fitness amenities, from equipment selection to layout and solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and delivering tailored fitness and wellness solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and key decision-makers
  • Manage accounts from initial outreach through close and ongoing relationship development


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or account executive roles
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a territory
  • Experience selling into corporate, multi-family, commercial real estate, or education markets is a huge plus
