Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Account Manager, (SoCal preferred as traveling around LA for meetings can be necessary). As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities will include developing and implementing account management strategies, reaching out to new clients, closing sales, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, and ensuring that clients' needs are met in alignment with the company's goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong experience with CRM software and sales
  • Strong experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, and understands how to communicate with cannabis brand owners
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally in a branding or marketing-related field, is a plus
