Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager based in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, building and strengthening client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks may also include responding to client inquiries, sourcing products, preparing quotes, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and enhance client experience.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Account Management, and driving customer success
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and aptitude for learning product knowledge
  • Previous experience in the plumbing, industrial, or wholesale distribution industry is advantageous but not required
