Account Executive (Outside Sales)

Our well-established client needs an Outside Sales Account Executive for their team! You’ll generate revenue and maintain strong customer relationships within an assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive (Outside Sales)

  • Develop new customer relationships through outbound calls, visits, referrals, and networking
  • Expand existing customer programs through new projects
  • Conduct customer discovery to identify needs and provide consultative recommendations
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals; collaborate with internal teams as needed for pricing, artwork, and production feasibility
  • Maintain customer records
  • Follow up on assigned leads and inquiries
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications of the Account Executive (Outside Sales)

  • Associate degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years in Sales or Customer Service in the promotional industry or related industries preferred
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite; Adobe Illustrator and ShopWorks experience preferred
  • Ability to travel daily within assigned sales territory
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with strong multitasking and decision-making skills
