Job Title: Sales Account Executive 

Location: McFarland, WI (on-site, no remote options) 

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you’ll drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include: 


Account Management:

o   Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify up-selling opportunities.


o   Answer client questions, provide visual product images and follow up on orders with phone and email communications.


o   Conduct product/service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.


o   Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service and production departments, to ensure seamless client experience.


o   Manage and initiate the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing tools to your accounts, including but not limited to Monthly Deals, Event Flyers, Product Assortments, and Seasonal Offerings.


Strategic Growth:

o   Develop new sales opportunities within your existing customer portfolio.


o   Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.  


  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, track progress using CRM software, and generate regular performance reports.

 

Trade Shows:

o   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


o   Travel is required approximately 25% of the time throughout the country in locations such as Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, Texas, etc. 


 

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

 

Must-have:

  • Previous B2B sales experience or a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or a related field.


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.


  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, optimistic, and have an overall passion for building business relationships.


  • Availability to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events.


  • In-Person work required with daily commute to McFarland, WI.


  • Physically able to assemble and disassemble trade show displays (up to 35lbs).


  • Competitive Spirit: A desire to win and be the best in their field.


  • Curiosity & Good listening Skills: A desire to learn and understand the deeper underlying needs of the client through asking probing questions.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, such as consultative selling or value-based selling.
  • Experience conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations using tools like Zoom, MS Teams and PowerPoint. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation Package:

·        Base plus commission ($60,000 - $90,000)

·        Bonuses based on sales growth of assigned accounts


Schedule:

  • 40-45 hour workweek
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed based on tradeshow schedule
  • Travel is required, approximately 25% of the time with overnight stays
