- 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation
- 57-Hour Work Week

Position Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs within a large-scale construction environment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on training experience, and the ability to work effectively in remote project locations. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, as training activities may be conducted across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with ES&H and Construction teams to develop, revise, and implement craft training programs.
- Coordinate skills verification processes, apprentice mentoring, and the identification and resolution of workforce skill gaps.
- Supervise project trainers and craft evaluators.
- Provide guidance and support to Craft Trainers and Evaluators in delivering training programs for all craft levels, including Forepersons and General Forepersons.
- Oversee capability assessments for direct-hire craft personnel.
- Manage the setup, maintenance, resource allocation, and overall organization of project training facilities.
- Participate in the selection and onboarding of trainers and evaluators as needed.
- Coordinate and monitor training schedules, instructors, facilities, participant levels, and instructor evaluations across the project.
- Collect, compile, and analyze training data, and prepare reports for site leadership and Labor Relations management regarding project training activities.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the role and individual capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of related industry experience in lieu of a degree.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Proven experience developing training curriculum for construction or related industries.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering effective safety training and orientation programs.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior training facilitators and ES&H representatives in delivering required training modules.
- Previous construction trades experience is considered an asset.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required due to travel between project training locations.
