Job Overview

1. Preparation, revision and maintenance of safety, operation and maintenance management documents;

2. Supervise the implementation of the safety management system in each region, and regularly conduct self-examination and self-correction of potential safety hazards in each region, and organize regular evaluation;

3.Lead in-depth investigation of case accidents, and organize relevant professionals for special quality and safety inspections, and draw inferences from cases;

4. Organize internal safety training, forums and lectures regularly, and share and promote good safety application practices;

5. Provide professional guidance and support for the planning and implementation of regional security projects;

6. Establish and improve company and department-level operation and maintenance management documents (finalist qualification of property companies, selection and evaluation criteria, detailed rules of post-service assessment standards, etc.);

7. Regularly supervise and inspect the implementation of the management system of operation and maintenance in each region;

8. Regularly organize operation and maintenance teams in various regions to carry out training, forums and lectures, so as to better share and promote operation and maintenance application practices;

9. Responsible for the construction of operation and maintenance management information platform;

10. Responsible for unifying the operation and maintenance documents and operation documents of the department;

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in safety engineering, mechanical or electrical related major
2. 6-8 years working experience as plant safety engineer, familiar with national and local safety regulations and standards;
3. Familiar with national and local safety regulations and standards;
4. Have professional safety knowledge and skills, including mechanical, electrical and fire protection;
5. Have good communication skills and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate with other departments to solve problems;
6. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
7. Strong communication skills, strong execution and strong pressure resistance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
