Job Overview

1. Responsible for the implementation of various production safety regulations, execute regular safety inspections, control key parts, eliminate potential safety hazards, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents;

2. Organize the implementation of production plans and complete production tasks with good quality and quantity; Implement the company's cost control objectives and continuously reduce production costs;

3. Develop staffing plan based company's workshop development strategy,train employees effectively, build a strong team, actively understand employees' thoughts and concerns, and take appropriate measures to ensure factory stability;

4. Draft workshop management policies, and promote and implement them in the workshop. Manage employees effectively according to both company policies and workshop management regulations;

5. Lead the workshop in implementing effective 5S management, create a good working environment, set an example to elevate employee standards;

6.Conduct statistical analysis of the daily production at the workshop, seeking improvement, improving production efficiency, and conduct statisitical analysis of workshop cost for formulating practical cost control measures.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, major in science or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years working experience in team management.
  3. Experience in battery manufacturing company is highly preferred.
  4. Understand basic IE knowledge.
  5. Familiar with the operation and process of manufacturing department;
  6. Familiar with knowledge and best practice of Lean and Operation Excellence.
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  8. Familiar with EAP or SAP systems, possessing strong problem analysis skills and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  9. Clear logical thinking, strong initiative, excellent cross-departmental communication and cooperation skills.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
