Corporate Safety Director – Construction

Our client is seeking a Corporate Safety Director to lead safety strategy across multiple construction operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing companywide safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a strong culture of safety across all job sites.
This is a senior leadership role that will work directly with executive leadership, project managers, and field teams to identify risks, improve safety performance, and strengthen safety processes throughout the organization.
Key requirements:
• 7–10+ years of construction safety management experience
• Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple construction projects
• Direct experience managing workers’ compensation claims from start to finish
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training
• OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 preferred)
This role will also oversee the company’s workers’ compensation program, including claim investigations, coordination with insurance carriers and medical providers, and implementing strategies to reduce injuries and claims over time.
