Roofing Superintendent – San Diego, CA
We are hiring an experienced Roofing Superintendent for a commercial roofing company based in the San Diego area. We specialize in commercial TPO roofing and are looking for someone who can step in and lead at a high level from day one.
Pay: $45+/hour based on experience
Requirements to Be Considered:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience with a strong focus on TPO systems
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Supervisory experience required, must be comfortable leading and managing a crew of 15+
• Ability to oversee the full scope of a commercial TPO project from mobilization to closeout
• Working knowledge of metal roofing systems is a strong plus
• Must be able to read plans, manage production, and hold the job to schedule and quality standards
Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew of 15 or more on commercial TPO roofing projects throughout San Diego
• Oversee all phases of TPO installation including membrane, seaming, flashing, penetrations, and terminations
• Coordinate daily crew assignments, material deliveries, and subcontractor activity on site
• Enforce safety standards and maintain full OSHA compliance at all times
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specs and manufacturer requirements
• Communicate daily progress, crew needs, and any site issues to the Project Manager
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
