Pride Health is hiring an RN – Hospice to support our client’s medical facility based in Morristown, NJ 07960. This is a 26-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!


Job Title: RN – Hospice

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Weekly blended pay: $2250.00/week - $2507.13/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (37.5 hrs./week)

Start date: 05/11/2026


Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop hospice care plans

Manage cases, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, and track patient progress

Complete timely documentation using EMR

Educate patients and families

Ensure proper medication management and infection control

Participate in meetings, quality improvement, and staff support/training


Requirements:

2+ years RN experience in home hospice (required)

Strong critical thinking, communication, and EMR skills


Education & Licensure:

ASN or RN diploma

Active New Jersey RN license

BLS certification

Valid NJ driver’s license
