For over 30 years, Hospice of Southern Kentucky (HSK) has provided compassionate end-of-life care across a nine-county area. Headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky, HSK offers comprehensive services in private residences, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and its state-of-the-art inpatient Hospice House. The Hospice House includes ten private patient suites, a family-friendly environment, and scenic surroundings for comfort. The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a full-time, on-site position located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The CNO will oversee all clinical nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families. They will provide leadership, manage nursing staff, develop and enforce clinical policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The CNO will foster a compassionate care environment, promote staff development, and collaborate across departments to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
