What you can offer us:
- Train and mentor RMA technicians
- Assign daily workload and prioritize urgent returns
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Manage incoming RMA workflow from receipt to closure
- Primary contact for RMA Lab for inquiries about Sales, Customer Operations and Support.
- Promote and execute on the ISO9001 standards approved for RMA area. Complete required training which you are assigned.
- Develop and maintain clear metrics for RMA activities, including volume, turnaround time, defect categories, and root causes.
- Analyze repairs and provide data/analysis on trends to Engineering Group and SC Planning.
- Salesforce-Update salesforce and provide quotes.
Requirements
What you need to succeed
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Electronics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing
- RMA / Returns processing / failure analysis
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably aligned with ISO 9001(preferred)
