Drafter / Detailer (Revit)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Drafter/Detailer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Revit libraries and producing high‑quality construction documents for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and well‑organized construction documentation across multiple disciplines.

• Set up, organize, and maintain Revit libraries for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines
• Draft and prepare detailed construction documents using Revit
• Ensure drawings meet required standards for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated project deliverables
• Incorporate markups, revisions, and updates throughout the design and documentation process

• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience drafting construction documents for architectural and/or MEP/structural projects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project teams

• Experience working across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural)
• Familiarity with standardized Revit libraries and documentation workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
