Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Full Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Madison Avenue team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing sales processes, and supporting the overall operations of our boutique.  An active client book/ following is strongly preferred.  Prior history in women’s sales is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management:

  • Welcome clients warmly and ensure a high level of satisfaction through excellent sales and service.  Actively engage clients by sharing the Santoni brand story.
  • Inform clients about our products, present merchandise, and guide them towards purchase by providing accurate product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Handle POS operations efficiently by toggling between the retail app and register to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Customer Assistance:

  • Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide client outreach regularly on a variety of topics, including but not limited to follow-up, sales and promotions, new product launches and events.

Merchandise Management:

  • Maintain and organize merchandise in the sales area and stockroom.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Replenish stock and manage inventory to ensure product availability.

Boutique Operations Support:

  • Support all administrative and operational activities of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities and special events to drive sales.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales or customer service is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year in footwear is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year in women’s footwear is mandatory.
  • An active client book/ following is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
