Retail and E-Commerce Associate

Role Description

This is not your typical retail position. This role is perfect for someone interested in fashion, marketing, and e-commerce who wants real experience building a brand. You’ll be involved in everything from helping customers in-store to creating content and managing our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and provide exceptional customer service
• Create TikTok videos and Instagram Reels to promote products
• Upload and write product descriptions on Shopify
• Design simple graphics using Canva (emails, promotions, social posts)
• Help maintain and organize inventory
• Assist with buying and selecting new products
• Style mannequins and merchandise displays
• Ensure the website is up-to-date with accurate product information
• Support overall store operations and daily tasks

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
