Restaurant Manager for Hutton Brickyards– Ready to lead in a truly unique setting? We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to drive exceptional guest experiences at our onsite restaurant & bar— an unforgettable open-air dining destination surrounded by stunning natural views along the Hudson River.
This is a Front of House role that will report to this Hudson Valley boutique hotel’s General Manager–perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a passion for creating curated food and beverage experiences.
What You’ll Do
● Lead daily operations of a high-volume outdoor restaurant and bar
● Deliver standout service in a weather-driven, open-air setting
● Inspire and develop a strong, guest-focused team
● Manage staffing, costs, and financial performance
● Drive guest satisfaction through food, beverage, and service excellence
● Execute promotions and support seasonal menu development
● Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, policies, and liquor laws
● Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
What You Bring
● 4–6 years of food & beverage management experience (hospitality or seasonal environments preferred)
● Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, weather-dependent setting
● Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
