We are seeking a high-performing General Manager who operates like an owner—someone who can elevate the guest experience, drive revenue, build a high-performing team, and turn vision into execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence and growth potential.
The Opportunity:
We are at a pivotal stage of growth. With strong winery distribution already established across state lines, our focus is now on scaling the restaurant’s revenue and experience.
Key goal: Grow weekly sales from $30K → $60K within 6 months through stronger marketing, operational consistency, and elevated guest experience.

· Own the P&L and drive revenue across all channels
· Activate slower nights with targeted strategies
· Bar, Wine & Experience Ownership
· Elevate the bar into a destination experience
· Events, Catering & Partnerships
· Build private events, corporate bookings, and catering
· Marketing & Brand Execution
· Lead social media, promotions, and partnerships
· Team Leadership & Culture
· Hire, train, and develop staff
· Operations & Standards
· Own scheduling, labor, and SOPs
Schedule Expectations:
5 days per week, ~10-hour days. Nights and weekends required.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to revenue growth, profitability, events, and guest satisfaction.
