Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager based in Penn Yan, NY. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring budgets, managing profit and loss performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The manager will work to create an efficient, welcoming, and positive work environment that aligns with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting, with an ability to analyze financial reports and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering superior dining experiences.
  • Proven skills in Hiring and managing teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Front of House scheduling, training, management capabilities a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
