SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking an experienced and polished General Manager to lead front-of-house operations, team culture, and guest experience at a premier fine dining destination in Dallas, Texas. This is a leadership role for someone who runs a dining room the way a conductor runs an orchestra, with precision, presence, and an instinct for when to step in and when to step back.
The Role
The General Manager will own the full guest journey from reservation to farewell, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and team development across all front-of-house functions. This leader sets the standard, protects the culture, and drives revenue with equal fluency.

You have a minimum of five years in fine dining leadership, with at least two at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level. You understand that hospitality at this level is personal, and you have the emotional intelligence and floor presence to prove it. You are equally comfortable reading a P&L and reading a table. You do not manage from an office.
