Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' successful results as a Franchise Consultant Director of Operations of 15 or more locations (Quick Serve, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining)
• People development and QSC improvement track record
• Strong focus on operations execution and financial results
• Sharp and professional
• Coaching and directing of strategies and objectives with Managing Partners
• Instilling a culture of ownership 
• Conducting random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
• Reviewing and teaching budgets, labor, and food costs reconciliation
