What does the Reservations Agent do?

You are a personal concierge service for exclusive members of Heritage Golf Group, the fastest growing golf ownership and operator of private golf clubs in the US. You will work in an office environment with other corporate Heritage Golf employees with your primary goal being to assist Members in using their extended traveling benefits. Our goal is to elevate the Member Experience as we accommodate their golf traveling needs and reservations.


Responsibilities:

  • Remain pleasant and helpful during conversations, both verbal and electronic
  • Timely response to and completion of reservations in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Polite and tactful response to general inquiries for information and club inquiries from all levels, including management
  • Knowledgeable about our 47+ properties and services
  • Receive inbound calls, chats, and emails simultaneously
  • Navigate through our internal reservations system in addition to accessing dozens of tee sheets
  • Assist Members with travel planning, golf reservations, dining reservations, and related club experiences
  • Maintain accurate reservation details and follow through on all Member requests


Job Qualifications:

  • Flexible thinking in unique situations to offer Members additional services in the market they will be visiting
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and programs are added and modified
  • Good computer keying skills
  • Moderate PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, patient, and independent worker
  • Two years of experience in customer service or commensurate degree
  • One year PC experience with Microsoft Office
  • Hospitality, travel, golf, or reservation experience preferred


Work Location:

This position may be performed remotely. Preference will be given to candidates located in markets where Heritage Golf Group currently owns or operates clubs to support collaboration and familiarity with our properties and member experience.
