How you’ll make an impact in this roleDrive regional growth for life-saving fetal interventions by identifying market opportunities and executing a strategic outreach plan that increases referral volumes for high-acuity fetal surgery, cardiology, and neurosurgery.
Cultivate an elite network of referring providers by serving as the primary clinical liaison for OB/GYNs, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, and Neonatologists across the Texas region.
Educate the medical community on advanced clinical capabilities by delivering high-impact presentations on referral criteria, surgical outcomes, and complex care pathways to ensure patients reach the right level of care.
Synthesize market intelligence into actionable strategy by analyzing referral trends and volume data to pivot outreach tactics and maintain a competitive edge in pediatric subspecialty care.
Bridge the gap between referring practices and clinical leadership to ensure seamless communication and a "concierge-level" experience for providers trusting their patients to our Fetal Care Center.
Education:
Healthcare Business Development Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in medical sales, specifically within high-acuity specialties (e.g., Cardiology, Surgery, or MFM).
Regional Mobility & Territory Mastery: Ability to travel extensively across regional sites to maintain a consistent and impactful physical presence.
