JOB TITLE:                Pediatric Home Health Marketing Representative

REPORTS TO:            Regional Marketing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:        The Pediatric Home Health Marketing Representative is a qualified healthcare professional that performs public relations activities and develops working relationships with physicians and referral sources. The Pediatric Home Health Marketing Representative will develop a working relationship with area physicians, case managers and other interested parties for the benefit of THERAPY 2000 and its’ patients, working in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Manager.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Develop good working relationship between THERAPY 2000 and area physicians and other referral sources.
  • Make in person visits to area physicians and referral sources as needed to enhance this relationship and facilitate smooth processes for the benefit of THERAPY 2000 and its’ patients.
  • Enhance and develop THERAPY 2000’s public relations profile.
  • Develop a “physician profile”, which will list relevant information about physicians who order care for THERAPY 2000 patients.
  • Communicate as needed with appropriate physician and referral source office staff to enhance overall communication with these offices to assist the Physician Liaison and intake process.
  • Communicate as needed with physicians or their designated clinical staff to enhance clinical communication between these physicians and THERAPY 2000 clinical staff.
  • Adheres to all rules, regulations, code of ethics, guidelines and codes in federal, state and local laws which are concerned with the delivery of home based therapy services.
  • Document daily sales activity in CRM.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Preferred: A Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience calling on physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of standard (MS Windows) software applications required.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare services preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to physically and legally operate a vehicle.
  • Experience working in an EMR and CRM.
