This position is full time. Candidates who are residents of VT are eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, working onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from our office in Manchester Center, Vermont, and remotely Monday and Friday. All candidates must be within a commutable distance to, and available to work from our office in Manchester Center.

• Lead the day to day recruiting programs of the business
• Work with hiring managers to identify and attract talented individuals
• Build and maintain a candidate community with a loyal and growing following
• Drive significant applicant flow through effective use of advertising tools, technology and social networking
