As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our talent operations—playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. This role blends high‑touch candidate interaction with strong administrative coordination to keep our recruiting engine running smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence.

Position Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings or weekends


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Serve as an initial point of contact by answering phones, routing inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Interview a high volume of candidates daily while ensuring a welcoming, professional experience
  • Support onboarding and orientations, including background checks, drug screens, and E‑Verify compliance
  • Maintain accurate applicant flow and ensure compliance with all hiring and quality system processes
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks supporting site operations
  • Oversee and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Order office supplies and help maintain a clean, organized, and 5S‑compliant workspace
  • Partner closely with Staffing Specialists to schedule interviews, manage files, and support recruiting operations
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, service delivery, and overall candidate and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Data entry experience with strong accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office


Preferred

  • Associate’s degree

Work Environment

You’ll work within both office and customer manufacturing environments. Conditions may include administrative offices, industrial settings, temperature‑variable spaces, or GMP clean room environments depending on the site. Standard office equipment is used regularly.


Physical Requirements

This position may require the ability to:

  • Lift 5–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Stand or walk up to 4 hours
  • Sit for extended periods
  • Climb stairs multiple times per day
