Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in managing and executing law student and entry-level recruiting initiatives, including hiring and onboarding efforts within a highly visible office environment.
This position partners closely with Attorney Recruiting & Development leadership, hiring partners, and recruitment committees to support strategic talent acquisition and integration. The role requires strong collaboration across offices and consistent interaction with senior stakeholders, while operating in a fully in-office, fast-paced professional setting.
Type: Direct hire, full time, fully on-site M-F in Miami
Schedule: Regular day hours
Pay: $70,000 - $83,000 salary range, depending on experience
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm OR same amount of years recruiting for a professional services business
• Ability to work 5 days per week in-office in Miami
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media recruiting tools preferred
• Background in legal recruiting or corporate professional services environments strongly preferred
• Experience in coordinator-level roles within recruiting, HR, or business development functions preferred
Recruiting Coordinator Duties
• Coordinate and execute law student and entry-level recruiting programs, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications
• Partner with hiring partners, committees, and leadership to support recruitment strategy and hiring processes
• Manage the candidate lifecycle, from application through onboarding and integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to support talent development and recruiting initiatives
• Maintain accurate data and workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
• Support and enhance campus recruiting efforts, events, and outreach initiatives
• Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency in recruiting operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates to support long-term talent pipeline development
