The schedule is as follows:
Saturday–Sunday, 6:45am-3:15pm,
Monday-Wednesday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
We’re looking for a hands-on Onsite Supervisor to support daily operations at a fast-paced warehouse location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys leading teams on the floor.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support a large contingent workforce
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Conduct onboarding and ensure a strong employee experience
- Track KPIs and partner with the client on daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, warehouse, or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
