You don’t want a job. You want a stage, a scoreboard, and a stake in what you build. If that’s you, keep reading.
NLP Holdings’ Roofing Portfolio is scaling fast with more companies being added to the portfolio. Field Marketing (our door-to-door canvass teams) is the engine that drives every one of those companies, and the person who recruits, hypes up, and trains that engine is the person we are hiring.
This is a builder role. You will own the top of the funnel across every roofing company we own — and across every new company we add.
Why NLP HoldingsWe are not a corporate machine. We are operators who buy, build, and scale roofing companies across the country. Decisions get made fast. Good ideas get tested this week, not next quarter. Every time we add a company, you add another market to your territory and another stream of override income.
You will work directly with the Head of the Roofing Portfolio and the owners of each operating company. No layers. No gatekeepers. Your wins get seen.
Why RoofingRoofing is one of the last industries where a sharp recruiter and trainer can move the needle in days, not months. The money is real, the lifestyle is real, and the people we hire can change their lives in 90 days or less. You are not selling widgets you are handing people a door-to-door playbook that can pay their rent, their car, their wedding, or their first down payment. When you do this job well, people’s lives change. So does yours.
Why This Role MattersField Marketing is a high-turnover role by design. That means we are always recruiting, always onboarding, always training. Every great Field Marketer on our roster started in a room with somebody who convinced them this opportunity was worth showing up for.
You are that somebody. You are the first voice candidates hear, the face they see at Opportunity Night, and the coach who runs their first bootcamp. The tone you set becomes the culture on every doorstep, in every market we own.
This role is built for an operator who wants to own the outcome, not sit in a support seat. You will thrive here if:
Up to 10%. Most recruiting and training is run from Pasco, WA, with virtual delivery into our portfolio markets. Occasional travel is required for in-person bootcamps, company launches, and new portfolio additions.
In compliance with the Washington State Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, the full pay range for this position is disclosed below.
Total earning potential is directly tied to how well you recruit and train. There is no cap on the override.
BenefitsTwo steps are required to be considered for this role. Candidates who complete only one step will not be reviewed.
Both steps must be completed for your application to be reviewed. We use the Culture Index Survey as part of our screening process to make sure the role fits who you are — and you fit the role.
