Title: Recruitment Trainer (Learning and Developement) , Temporary

Location: Houston, TX (Harrison County) - Hybrid 3 days onsite/Flex to be onsite 5 days for instruction week

Duration: 6-months, Maternity Leave

Compensation: Negotiable

We are seeking an experienced a Learning & Development Specialist (can be early in their career) to join a fast-growing North American business on a 6‑month contract, covering a maternity leave within the Learning & Development team. This role is critical to ensuring continuity across training and coaching. You will play a key role in supporting high-performing consultants in a sales-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver academy-style training programs for both new hires and experienced consultants
• Provide 1:1 and group coaching across recruitment and sales teams
• Support on-desk development to improve consultant effectiveness, output, and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Learning & Development within recruitment environments
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and performance development capability
• Ability to step into an established function and be effective with minimal ramp-up
