This is a trusted and long-standing business consulting firm that provides high-quality advisory services to their clients. They are currently seeking a professional, organized, and personable Office Client Relations Coordinator to join theeir team. This is a full-time, in-office position with scheduled hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Office & Client Relations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s welcoming and professional environment, Responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally, answer,screen, and direct incoming calls;take and relay accurate messages, schedule appointments and manage calendars for partners and staff, monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure availability of necessary materials, provide
support and general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
The position is open because their current receptionist is moving. What is really important to this firm is finding someone who projects a friendly, professional first impression. College education helpful. The person who has this position now started right after graduating from The Ohio State University. Full benefits are offered.
