Receptionist

Yatooma Law, P.C. is a fast-paced practice seeking a receptionist to join our team. Specific attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must. This candidate must also maintain computer filing systems, coordinate calendars, and assist with other administrative duties as needed. Previous customer service experience is required—prior law firm experience is preferred. A hybrid work environment is available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all correspondence in a timely manner and conduct telephone interviews with prospective clients.
  • Organize and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current case files.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments through the calendar system using phone, email, and text communication. 
  • Run errands for the office as needed.
  • Provide support to team members as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • One year of previous customer service experience.
  • Strong telephonic communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working at a law firm.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
